Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data TechRoute receives through this website, how it is used and what your rights are, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Who the controller is

The data controller is Techroute Serviços de Informática Ltda., CNPJ 62.386.293/0001-44, headquartered in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. For any matter related to personal data, write to contato@techrouteservices.com.br.

2. Data we receive

• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), the type of need and the message you write — including the quick diagnostic summary, if you choose to send it.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Contact by email or WhatsApp: the information you decide to send us through these channels.
• Technical access data: the hosting service automatically logs data such as IP address, browser and time of access, for the security and operation of the site.
• The quick diagnostic is processed only in your browser: the answers are not sent to us unless you forward them through the contact form.

3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

• Replying to your inquiry, understanding your scenario and sending proposals — preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (LGPD art. 7, V) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
• Sending the newsletter with new articles — consent (art. 7, I), which can be withdrawn at any time.
• Keeping the site secure and running — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. To run the site, we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• a form delivery service, which receives the contact form and newsletter submissions;
• the website hosting and delivery service;
• our corporate email provider.

Data may also be shared with authorities when required by law or court order.

5. International transfer

Some of these providers store data outside Brazil, for example in the United States. In these cases, the transfer follows the safeguards set out in LGPD art. 33, such as contractual data protection clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle the request and, if no contract follows, for up to 24 months after the last contact.
• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
• Client data: for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law (for example, tax obligations).

7. Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18, you may, at any time and free of charge:

• confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
• request data portability;
• find out who your data has been shared with;
• withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@techrouteservices.com.br. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no third-party tracking tools. The only information stored in your browser is the language you chose, which stays on your device and is not sent to us. The site’s fonts and other files are served from our own domain.

9. Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and uses security headers. Access to the messages we receive is restricted to the people who need them to handle your request.

10. Contact channel

As a small-scale processing agent, TechRoute is exempt from appointing a data protection officer (ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022) and keeps contato@techrouteservices.com.br as its channel of communication with data subjects.
